Ahhh, at last i can make a post again after such a long time!

Dunno, maybe it's already years? Haha just kidding!

There are so many things that i have to do between this time, prepare resignation for previous company, went to virtual farewell party with my colleagues, which is sad because i must attend it online, specifically from our laptop (Gosh, i really miss them 😢). As if the time didn't give me so much time to take a rest, i must prepare necessary needs for my orientation/incubation in new company.

After i finished my orientation, i must adapt my role into the squad, moreover i straight faced various projects in there. So those are the reasons why i can continue my blog again.

Like i said before, i move into a new company, which has new people, new boss, and new culture. Just like ordinary people who move into new environment, i have insecurities problem or which millennials called: impostor syndrome. I am afraid i can't fulfill their expectations, i am afraid i can't help them to reach the goals, there are so many designers that more capable than i am, i am a fraudster. Even at first, i was struggle to match my squad rhythm with mine. I was hopeless...

After couple of 1 on 1, daily stand-ups, until i passed the probation period, i still don't know whether my existence is a good thing in squad. And then i tried to discuss this with my colleague (thanks to Olivia Putri who gave me such an insight), i talk about my problems, my insecurities. Was the company did the right thing to hire me? While she gave me laugh emoji in our chat conversation, she suggest me to start gathering feedback to each other. She thought it's a good thing to start since it can make you know your strength and things which one need an improvement.

So, for the start i create a form which contain feedback questions, since i doing WFH (i will troublesome my peers if i want the feedback directly from their mouth for each project that had been finished, because sometimes they're busy and didn't have time to do virtual meeting 😅*)*. Oh i am using google form, btw. Fast and free!

This form will be shared to my work peers after we finished a project. I was copied the questions from Julie Zhuo's book: The Making of a Manager, those questions include:
